-ability to pay for drink in bar now correctly calculated

-correctly move to the next day if you visit bar at night.

Quality of life:

-reputation rewards for quests slightly increased

-starting reputation grows for correct sentence increased from 1 to 2

-starting reliability grows for flawless day changed from 5 to 10.

-all repeatable activities take 1 portion of the day instead of moving you to night time.
